If you experience violence or harassment you can record it here or report it to An Garda Síochána.
You can find your local garda station here.
To ensure the delivery of an effective service to LGBT people, the Gardaí have LGBT liaison officers who have been trained on issues relating to LGBT people and are there to give advice and assistance in the event of you having difficulty reporting a crime. You will find a list of Garda Liaison Officers here.
G-Force - the Garda LGBT employee reource group, have recently provided a two day European Gay Police Association 'LGBT Aware' training programme to a number of Gardaí in Dublin, Cork, Louth and Kildare on Supporting LGBT Communities. Outhouse LGBT Community Centre: Since the launch of the LGBT Liaison Officers in 2006, the Centre hosts twice monthly drop-in clinics for memebrs of the community who wish to speak with Community Garda who offer confidential advice and assistance. Find more information here.
